Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
- Large/Bulky Items (Furniture): 10–25 business days depending on destination and item size

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking

Damaged or Lost Shipments
